Feature Release

This is the announcement for an upcoming ASAPP feature. Your ASAPP account team will provide a target release date and can direct you to more detailed information as needed.

Overview

The Intents Self Service user-interface tool, integrated within ASAPP’s AI Console, streamlines the onboarding and maintenance process of intent classification for customers. This automated, self-serve interface enables users to easily upload, create or modify intent labels, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ease of updating the system to meet new business needs without requiring support team intervention.

Use and Impact

Many customers are interested in providing intent labels hierarchy information before or during onboarding and want to see results via a frontend (UI) tool. Addressing this issue will streamline the onboarding process for intents and facilitates faster feedback loops.

In addition, customers interested in updating their intent labels to meet new requirements (for example, add new labels, consolidate multiple intents together or create finer-grained intents) can do so themselves.

Intent self-serve tooling achieves a fully automated intent on-boarding experience via leveraging GenAI (LLMs) models. Below are the goals to be achieved with the feature:

  • Achieve the customer onboarding Time of 0 days
  • Provide a Self-serving front-end tooling to customers to upload and update the intent labels
  • Develop a real-time Intent classification deployment pipeline leveraging LLMs
  • Update the intent labels with the ability to deploy to production within minutes
